Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from various departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, Credit)
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
- Support implementation of leasing management systems and related applications
- Create reports, dashboards, and data analysis for decision-making
- Act as liaison between business users and IT teams
- Conduct user acceptance testing and training
- Document processes and create user guides
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business
- 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst
- Understanding of leasing/financial services operations
- Strong skills in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
