Our client, one of the big names in industrial real estate, is seeking a competent Senior IT Helpdesk to engage in technical support/IT support for the company & clients in Nghe An Province, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

Provide technical support, manage office services and IT assets, and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines. This involves resolving technical issues, maintaining user accounts and system security, supervising junior members, and promoting customer satisfaction. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of IT operations and the overall success of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for office services and IT assets, including setting up hardware, software, printers, scanners, phones, and email accounts to ensure efficient daily utilization.
  • Supervise junior members in handling customer complaints, organizing trouble tickets, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Configure and set up new server systems for efficient operation.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly and provide high-quality service to internal customers.
  • Coordinate with internal users, provide technical support, and identify product/service faults to minimize disruptions and ensure adherence to technical requirements.
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, access rights, and ensure system security.
  • Perform additional IT help desk tasks, such as reviewing documents and reports to support decision-making and facilitate business operations.
  • Guide and support junior members for task consistency and performance.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and assist with documentation/reporting.
  • Handle issues, escalate when needed, and assist senior members

Job Requirements:

  • Experience 3-5 years in IT Service Support.
  • Working knowledge of hardware and software IT services
  • Proactive, self-managed, and professional attitude.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, and able to work under pressure
