Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, a leading executive search firm, is partnering with a prominent payment infrastructure and technology company to recruit an IT Infrastructure Manager. This role will be responsible for leading the Infrastructure function and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure initiatives, playing a key role in maintaining business continuity through a secure, stable, and high-performing infrastructure platform that supports mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the IT Infrastructure team, ensuring strong operational performance across data centers, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
  • Maintain the availability, stability, performance, and resilience of production systems to support continuous business operations.
  • Manage infrastructure capacity planning, optimization, and effective resource utilization.
  • Ensure infrastructure incidents are resolved promptly, including thorough root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
  • Drive successful delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
  • Track and report project milestones, team performance, and achievement of annual KPIs.
  • Support large-scale infrastructure initiatives, including new product launches and business expansion, by ensuring infrastructure and operational readiness.
  • Develop and execute infrastructure strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Set team objectives, work plans, and operational roadmaps to promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to established SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic and monthly reviews to assess compliance with internal standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Security team to establish and enforce infrastructure security policies.
  • Perform routine security assessments and lead remediation efforts for identified risks.
  • Assess team performance, provide structured feedback, and deliver coaching to support professional growth.
  • Define and manage career development pathways for infrastructure team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, motivated team culture that encourages innovation and best-practice sharing.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, SRE, Security, Operations, and Managed Service teams on daily operations and strategic initiatives.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within IT infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience managing cloud platforms, specifically AWS or GCP.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects in high-availability environments.
  • Experience leading and developing a mid-sized technical team.
  • Prior exposure to the payment industry, financial services, or high-performance computing environments is strongly preferred.
  • Solid expertise in network, server, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.


Strong technical background in:

  • Network infrastructure (routing, switching, WAN, firewalls, WLAN)
  • Server and storage systems (VMware, SAN, Windows, Linux, AD, LDAP)
  • Cloud infrastructure and architecture (AWS or GCP mandatory)
