The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions, supporting business growth and client delivery across Thailand. This role oversees end-to-end infrastructure projects within a system integration environment, including network, server, cloud, and security solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability for both internal operations and external clients. The position involves managing the full project lifecycle - from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment, optimization, and ongoing support. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, presales, and delivery units, to ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements and industry best practices

Job Responsibilities

Lead Infrastructure Delivery: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions, including network, server, cloud, and security systems, ensuring high availability and performance for client environments.
Manage End-to-End Projects: Take ownership of the full project lifecycle - from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment, testing, and post-implementation support - ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Drive Technical Excellence: Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, architecture standards, and security compliance.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with presales, sales, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and effective infrastructure solutions.
Optimize Operations: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement continuous improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and scalability of IT environments.
Support Digital Transformation: Contribute to enterprise and industrial digitalization initiatives, including cloud adoption, system modernization, and integration with smart factory or Industry 4.0 solutions.
Lead and Develop Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting career growth and capability building.
Ensure Governance & Compliance: Maintain compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and industry standards related to IT infrastructure, security, and data protection.
Manage Vendor & Partner Relations: Coordinate with technology vendors and partners to ensure successful solution delivery, support, and alignment with project requirements.
Report & Communicate Effectively: Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Proven years of experience in IT infrastructure within a system integration or enterprise IT services environment.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including network, server, virtualization, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity solutions.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end infrastructure projects, with solid experience in planning, execution, risk management, and delivery within timelines and budget.
Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and managing technical teams, with the ability to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, presales, and clients) to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Experience working with enterprise clients, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors, is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage complex technical challenges in dynamic environments.
