Job Description:
- Define the scope of IT projects, including objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop project plans that include schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects, including technical and security risks.
- Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of IT solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to teams in overcoming both technical and non-technical challenges.
- Manage the training and skill development needs of IT team members.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including end-users, management, and technology vendors.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations regarding IT system functionality and performance are managed and met.
- Coordinate cross-department efforts to ensure system integration and alignment with business goals.
- Manage IT project budgets, ensuring expenditures are efficient and aligned with the plan.
- Optimize the allocation of technology and human resources to maximize project effectiveness.
- Manage contracts with vendors and technology partners, including software and hardware procurement.
- Monitor IT project progress to ensure compliance with schedules and budgets.
- Perform quality control on project deliverables to ensure they meet standards and technical specifications.
- Manage changes in project scope and update project plans as necessary.
- Complete post-project administrative tasks, including technical documentation and project reporting.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth transition from project to operational phases, including user training and post-implementation support.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record in managing software development projects, ERP system implementations, or other large-scale technology initiatives.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, DevOps) and IT infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
