Our reputable client is looking for an IT Technical Specialist to join their growing team. This is for a full time, onsite, dayshift schedule opportunity based in Davao City City.
Job Summary:
Plans, installs, tests, and implements Synapse PACS and related systems including application systems, networking interface software and system administrative software. Ensures acceptable levels of system performance by utilizing various tools for monitoring system performance, capacity planning, and imaging management/maintenance to adjust system and operation parameters as necessary. Oversees all aspects of implementation and use of software as well as upgrades to the PACS and related systems. This position is responsible for the pre - implementation, implementation and post - implementation support of Fujifilm Synapse products and related applications.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts site visit and documents facilities existing workflow and network configuration.
- Recommends proper hardware/software configuration for facility system requirements.
- Installs and tests system interface, connectivity including but not limited to hardware, software and networking.
- Implements repairs when possible and instructs users in proper operation or alternatives, initiates and coordinates repair requests with appropriate services or vendors when necessary.
- Conducts in - depth training to PACS Administrator and regularly shares, updates, checks status of system on site or remotely.
- Provides first level support on all existing PACS installations, escalating to regional support if the need arises.
- Coordinates/implements system upgrades, version revision, system enhancements to existing installation.
- Develops monitoring systems for efficient tracking and management of existing installation.
- Contributes to warranty sales for the MedicalInformatics Team
- Supports tradeshow and other marketing activities.
- Will report to the Senior Leader for MedicalInformatics in charge ofPACS products
- Complete required administrative activities
- Provide competitor intelligence and customer feedback to Product Marketing Manager
- Other duties as assigned by IT Manager
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build good relationship with direct clients and dealers.
- Work closely with Regional Synapse and Technical support, for critical issues on the field, warranty claims etc.
- Develop multi - tier relationships to organically grow existing business
- Leads and coordinates clinical & technical matters with internal departments
- Respond to requests for information
- Develop and manage client communication activities

Key Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience, operating in PACS/System Administration, Network Administration, and Software Engineering
- Familiar with Server, Network hardware and interfaces
- Knows VPN, RAS, Web Technologies and monitoring software
- Strong computer interface and training skills
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to drive a car and travel 50% or more of the time
- Ability to supervise others
- Commercial awareness and ability to communicate at all levels regarding clinical matters
