Junior Marketing Staff (Medical Devices)

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational medical device company. As part of the company's continued growth in Indonesia, our client is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Staff to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for their medical devices portfolio. This position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans and product strategies for medical device portfolios, in alignment with business goals.
  • Engage and collaborate directly with hospitals and doctors to drive awareness, product understanding, and clinical adoption.
  • Coordinate with distributor partners on product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with field sales activities.
  • Work closely with doctors for product discussions and clinical engagement, supporting education and usage of medical devices.
  • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, training programs, and other tactical initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to support strategic planning and sales initiatives.
  • Provide marketing support to internal cross-functional teams including sales, regulatory, and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, or other health-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, sales, or product support in the medical device industry.
  • Prior experience in engaging with hospitals and healthcare professionals (especially doctors) is essential.
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially with distributor partners and sales teams.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with good project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to support marketing activities and field events.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
