Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Mechanical Products Manufacturer Company for the role of Key Account Manager with the focus on growing Data Center market. The job description will be as follow :

  • Collaborate with the Market Segment Manager and Managing Director to define and implement the strategy for the Data Center segment in Indonesia.
  • Drive the growth and development of the Data Center business in Indonesia.
  • Identify and pursue market opportunities by networking and evaluating key players, converting these opportunities into sales of the company products within the Data Center market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, consultants, and contractors.
  • Coordinate sales networking efforts with relevant stakeholders in the Data Center market (owners, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors) to support the achievement of overall sales targets.
  • Utilize product knowledge, including technical expertise in welding technologies, as a valuable sales tool when interacting with customers, particularly for technical specifications and sales discussions during visits, presentations, or exhibitions.
  • Keep CRM reports up to date with the latest developments on major projects and market activities, including competitor insights.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities within the sector.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industry) or related fields and professional qualification in Sales & Marketing.
  • Proven leadership/management experience in sales & marketing with through knowledge of sales&marketing principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
  • Experience in sales and technical knowledge especially VAC Sales Field in Building Technology, Data Center
  • Ability to manage several project at the same time.Able to read technical drawing/design
