Responsibilities:
Agreement Review and Drafting:
- Skillfully handle the review and drafting of agreements with partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for agreement creation and modification.
Legal Operations Management:
Take charge of legal operations, including coordination with regulators to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.- Conduct thorough reviews of legal documentation, identifying potential risks and proposing appropriate mitigations.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to streamline legal processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Individual Contributor:
Act as an individual contributor, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and ownership in managing legal tasks and responsibilities.- Work independently to address legal challenges, providing well-reasoned and strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of legal developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Experienced in Fintech industry.
- Proven experience in reviewing and drafting legal agreements.
- Strong understanding of regulations, legal operations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
