Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prominent and established manufacturing company in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking for a Manufacturing Engineer who will oversees equipment, layouts, safety protocols, and training, while handling other assigned tasks. The position will be working in Meycauayan Bulacan, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer will analyzes workflows, space utilization, manpower capabilities, and equipment effectiveness to improve manufacturing efficiency, support departmental programs, and ensure compliance with operational standards and guidelines. Oversees equipment conditions, approves ergonomic layouts, establishes productivity and safety protocols, conducts personnel training, and performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Main responsibilities:

  • Evaluates and Improves manufacturing efficiency by analysing workflow, space requirements, manpower capabilities, equipment effectiveness, product needs and more suitability.
  • To support all other departments of operations in creating and/or improving their respective programs in order to improve overall manufacturing performance.
  • Creates, implements, and controls standard operating procedures in all assigned areas of operations in order to ensure that the policies, manufacturing standards and other guidelines are strategically followed.
  • Ensures all manufacturing machineries and equipment is operating under normal condition and standard.
  • Reviews, designs and approves equipment layout that satisfies basic requirements, ergonomics, and optimum process flow to have safe and productive workplace.
  • Establishes necessary internal rules, standards and guidelines that supports all program related to productivity and safety of operations, as well as achieving the best possible product quality.
  • Conducts necessary and/or applicable trainings for personnel that could enhance skills, uplift morale, and promote humane culture in the workplace.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management and/or immediate supervisor.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering Major in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing environment
  • Minimal Supervisory Skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills and must be analytical
