Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational FMCG company. Our client is looking for a Market Supply Planner who will be responsible for overseeing the Philippines' supply planning: orders, shipments, co-packing, customs, and activity management to ensure cost-effective product availability and optimal inventory. The work setup is Hybrid, Monday to Friday, and the office is based in Taguig, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Handling the end-to-end supply planning process.
- Managing supply planning for the Philippines market, covering orders, shipments, co-packing, customs, and activity management to meet business needs.
- Coordinating supply and co-pack activities with sales/marketing, ensuring accurate logistics cost allocation and meeting product availability goals.
- Overseeing inbound processes, including customs clearance and product registration coordination.
- Optimizing product freshness and distributor inventory to improve customer service and minimize business costs.
- Collaborating with the Global Operations Team to secure favorable terms.
- Representing Logistics in Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Management Review (DMR), providing supply and inventory updates.
- Participating in activity management to ensure timely product availability for the Philippines market.
Key job qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/Integrated Planning.
- Strong skills in supply planning, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
- Must be proficient and well-versed in using Excel.
- Experience with SAP/Ariba or Planning systems is an advantage.
- Preferred knowledge of demand planning and analytical capability.
- Familiarity with import processes and supply planning is beneficial.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
