Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company. Our client is looking for a Product Manager who will take on the responsibility in shaping the success of Oncology product portfolio. Role will be based in BCG Taguig, with onsite working setup.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for specific segment brands within the Oncology domain. This includes product/brand positioning, messaging, and the creation of marketing tactics tailored to key customer segments.
* Business Analysis: Create and analyze business models while staying abreast of the competitive landscape to drive informed decision-making.
* Product Development: Collaborate in defining and specifying new products and business models by crafting detailed business plans, marketing plans, launch plans, and more.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Effectively transfer information, including launch plans, marketing strategies, and positioning, to the product marketing team to ensure seamless execution.
* Sales Force Training: Conduct regular Product Knowledge Training sessions for the Sales Force team to ensure they are well-equipped to promote Oncology products effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a relevant experience in handling Oncology portfolio (can be from sales experience as long as with at least 3 years experience handling Oncology portfolio)
- Exceptional oral presentation and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities, coupled with the capacity to collaborate effectively across functions.
