Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager who will take on the responsibility of formulating and implementing marketing strategy for CNS portfolio. Role will be based in BCG Taguig, with onsite working setup.
Responsibilities:
* Head of Marketing: Take the helm in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for portfolio.
* Build and Maintain Big Brands: Be the guardian of brands, ensuring their continued growth and market presence.
* Monitor and Control Marketing Expenses: Implement cost-effective marketing initiatives while maintaining quality and impact.
* Develop and Manage Local Team: Foster a collaborative and high-performing marketing team, guiding them toward achieving our objectives.
* Achieve 100% Success Rate: Execute planned marketing strategies flawlessly, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
* KOL Development: Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the field to drive thought leadership and brand advocacy.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 10 years of proven success in Pharmaceutical Marketing; must have extenvice experience handling CNS portfolio
* Strong analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Impeccable organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
