Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of the Largest Pharmaceutical Principle Company. Our client is seeking for Marketing Manager position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for vitamin products to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between product features, consumer needs, and market demands.
  • Manage the budget for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources and achieving optimal return on investment.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital content to support brand positioning and messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and business objectives.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements for OTC pharmaceutical products and ensure marketing materials comply with relevant guidelines.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on pharma/FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and trends in the OTC/Pharma/FMCG Industries.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms.
