Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an offshoring company in the Philippines dedicated to supporting accounting & bookkeep firms mainly in the UK and Canada. Our esteemed client is seeking a Marketing Officer for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales performance, enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. This position is based in Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, and currently operates on an onsite arrangement.

About the Role

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales performance, enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. This role involves digital marketing, email marketing, content creation, campaign optimisation, website performance, and events that generate sales leads and expand the company's online presence.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Design & optimize digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid ads to boost sales leads, conversions and engagement.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Marketing Platform,
  • Pipedrive/CRM systems, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 Marketing to improve campaign performance, reduce CPA and boost lead volumes.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.

Email Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute email & telecommunication marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers and boost value added sales.
  • Create targeted email content and automation workflows.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns and offerings accordingly.

Content & Campaign Production:

  • Develop engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring compelling messaging and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with content creators, internal staff, designers and videographers to produce multimedia content that boost brand engagement externally and internally.

Market Research & Brand Growth:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
  • Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.


Key Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is desired.
  • Proven success in delivering B2B sales leads consistently and cost-effectively across multiple markets and with various product propositions.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution & website publishing.
  • Proven experience in multi-national website and product launch strategy.
  • Strong experience of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Pipedrive & CMS systems.
  • Experience, ideally proficiency, in video marketing platforms - especially YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Highly skilled in Office365 suite of productivity tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Gemini, CoPilot, OpenAI) is a plus.
