Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the growing gaming company. Our respected client is looking for an experienced Marketing Services Manager for ID & MY with 4-5 years of experience in integrated marketing from PR, Social Media, Influencers, Creative Services and Community Programs, who is a big gamer! The job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the whole company's integrated marketing strategies for Indonesia and Malaysia - PR (GovRel), Social Media, Influencers Management, Creative Services and Community Programs
  • Translate regional marketing strategies and localize it towards Indonesia & Malaysia market needs
  • Initiate a clear marketing direction from every gaming product including the campaign, content, and the main stakeholders involved
  • Identify the right gaming community market and implement a seamless end-to-end gamer experience journey
  • Work closely together with the internal Brand Management team of Indonesia & Malaysia and APAC team in regional HQ
  • Liaise with local top agencies to perform the best go-to-market strategy

Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree with five or more years of marketing experience with a deep understanding of the Indonesian and Malaysian markets.
  • A true gamer with strong experience in integrated 360 marketing with deep knowledge of the gaming industry (esports) and the market (as a player or industry player).
  • Able to think out-of-the-box for fresh marketing direction by catering it towards each country's needs (ID & MY)
  • Solid networking and collaborative skills both locally and cross-regionally
  • A clear communicator: able to represent the best way for the company locally and regionally to main stakeholders
  • You are always eager to learn new things. In the esports market, where things change rapidly, you can keep up with new trends and apply the lessons learned.
  • Proven experience in delivering massive marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the consumer market in Indonesia and Malaysia.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian
