Our respected client is seeking of well experience in Oversee all the planting activities in the farm for the position of Motorpool Supervisor. The job is based in Cavite.
Job Summary:
- Motorpool Supervisor is responsible for preventive maintenance program implementation.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Reviews project budgets, Monitors project billing to developer, Monitors the collections paid by the client, Evaluates resources (Material & Equipment) and Reviews project status
- Maintain documentation for equipment repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.
- Develop cost-reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality and productivity
- Inspecting, testing, and adjusting equipment
- Prepare technical reports, documents, and data sheets for office records.
- Review all documents of repair activities.
- Ensuring workplace compliance with national labor standards
- Prepare monthly MTTR and MTBF reports.
- Prepare monthly Mechanical Availability Report.
- Dictate workflows and set priorities in the repair activities at the motorpool and project sites
- Assign manpower for all repair activities in the motorpool.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, with PRC licensed is an advantage
- at least 3-5 years experienced
- Knowledgeable on repairs and maintenance of heavy and light construction equipment
- Proficient in MS Office application (especially advance excel)
- Has advanced leadership skills
- Knowledgeable on electronic diagnostic tools for equipment
- With knowledge and ability in preparing service and evaluation reports
- Average verbal presentation skills to communicate within their team worker and superior
