Monroe Consulting Group is currently looking for a top Sales person to lead Indonesia's office. My client is a multinational security products and solutions provider. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia with hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long term business plans.
  • Develop sales strategies, budget forecasts, and sales targets.
  • Penetrate and meet top potential clients.
  • Develop and manage channels, partners, and end users.
  • Ownership of monthly country report to the region.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of sales experience in the IT hardware space, physical security products, or related space.
  • Experienced in channel management sales and solution sales
  • Understand technical terms in the sector (CCTV, Network, etc)
  • At least 5 years of people management experience.
