Monroe Consulting Group is currently looking for a top Sales person to lead Indonesia's office. My client is a multinational security products and solutions provider. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia with hybrid arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Develop long term business plans.
- Develop sales strategies, budget forecasts, and sales targets.
- Penetrate and meet top potential clients.
- Develop and manage channels, partners, and end users.
- Ownership of monthly country report to the region.
Requirements
- 12+ years of sales experience in the IT hardware space, physical security products, or related space.
- Experienced in channel management sales and solution sales
- Understand technical terms in the sector (CCTV, Network, etc)
- At least 5 years of people management experience.
