Monroe Consulting Group Thailand, an executive recruitment company, is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and renowned cosmetics brand known for its quality and innovation, making a positive impact on the beauty industry. Our esteemed client is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join their team and contribute to the success of their new Bangkok office setup.

The Office Manager is accountable for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and supporting the team in various capacities. This role will be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the business growth and success. The job will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Job responsibilities

  • Establish Coordinate the setup and design of the office space to ensure a functional and inviting work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to Chief Executive Officer, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases for easy access to information.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas and meeting materials.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork among team members.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Thai languages is required.
