Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in designing and producing advanced micro-acoustic and electronic components. Our client is currently seeking an Oracle Finance Business Analyst. The role is based in Cebu and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring onsite presence three times a week.

Key Responsibilities
Oracle ERP Implementation & Support

  • Lead or support Oracle ERP Finance module implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Participate in at least two full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations, from planning to deployment.
  • Configure, test, and optimize Oracle Finance modules according to organizational needs.

System Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze current finance processes and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle ERP capabilities.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize PL/SQL scripts, Forms, Reports, and BI tools to support financial operations and reporting.
  • Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Financial Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to management using Oracle ERP and BI tools.
  • Provide actionable insights from financial data to support business decisions.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process or cost optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with finance, accounting, and IT teams across multiple regions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and IT/Oracle technical teams.
  • Support a multicultural environment and foster effective communication with global teams.

Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Finance module issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify root causes for system or process issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users on system functionality and best practices.

Documentation & Training

  • Document business processes, system configurations, and workflows within Oracle Finance.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of Oracle ERP systems.

Project & Change Management Support

  • Contribute to finance-related projects and system upgrades.
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of process or system changes.


Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years Finance experience and Oracle application expertise in Finance modules
  • At least 2 full Oracle ERP implementations completed
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP architecture, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and BI tools
  • Proficient in SQL scripts for data analysis and validation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
