Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is partnered with one of the worlds largest management consulting firms in search for a Oracle Financial Senior Manager to manage the implementation of Oracle projects alongside a growing team. This job will be based on KL and possess a hybrid working arrangement alongside nationwide travel opportunities. Expats are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

  • Substantial experience in leading/managing financial systems implementations, preferably in financial services industry
  • A track record of leading finance process change enabled by technology
  • At least 10 years of experience working on ERP or EPM modules
  • A minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementation projects covering ERP Financials or EPM modules
  • A minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation on Oracle ERP Cloud or EPM Cloud Broad functional skills across Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules or Oracle EPM Cloud
  • For Oracle ERP Cloud Financials: Understanding of General Ledger, Assets, Intercompany, Financial reporting, Subledger accounting, Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), data schemas to assist with migration of data from legacy systems and standard / non-standard approach to integration
  • For Oracle EPM Cloud: Understanding of Profitability & Cost Allocation, Planning & Budgeting, Accounts Reconciliation, Narrative Reportings, & Enterprise Data Management
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organizations
  • Proven leadership qualities with a natural focus on team enhancement and growth
  • Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
  • Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
  • Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required.
