Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the entertainment and media industry. Our respected client is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level support in both personal and business matters. This role is best suited for candidates who are professional, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The position is based onsite in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a reliable support system for the CEO in managing day-to-day administrative and personal tasks.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, dining and travel reservations, and accommodation bookings.
  • Prepare and manage administrative documents, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and payment processing.
  • Monitor, screen, and manage communication flows including phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Conduct trustworthy and well-structured research (e.g., restaurant recommendations, hotel comparisons, product sourcing) and present findings in a clear report format.
  • Welcome and assist CEO's guests, ensuring a professional and warm hosting experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO or relevant team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Secretary, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Excellent ability to follow instructions accurately and work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
  • Able to perform under pressure with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Experience handling international travel arrangements and official travel documentation is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces (domestic and international) is a plus.
  • Willing to work beyond regular office hours when required.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
