Plant Manager

Our client, the company with many innovative technology, is seeking an executive with proven record of managing whole factory for Plant Manager. The location of factory is in Dong Nai Province.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Regional & Global Operation Leader, the Plant Manager will be responsible for managing the full scope of the operations, including but not limit to Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, HR, Sales, and Customer Services. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a track record of delivering results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, HR, Sales, and Customer Services teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure the factory operates within budgetary constraints and that financial targets are achieved.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set company goals and objectives and ensure they are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on the factory's performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, technical background is preferrable. MBA is a big plus.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Experience with apparel/footwear components manufacturing
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
