Job Summary
The company is seeking a visionary and results-driven President to lead the strategic and operational direction of their digital banking initiatives. This executive will be responsible for shaping and executing their digital channel strategy, managing end-to-end delivery of mobile and internet banking, wallets, third-party payments, POS, self-service platforms, and other automated applications. The role will also oversee business performance, digital adoption, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description
- Develop and execute a digital channel strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative product ideas from a digital channel perspective.
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital banking delivery, including (but not limited to) Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Third-Party Payments, Wallets, POS, Self-Service Channels, Automated Applications, and MIS Systems.
- Review and evaluate existing back-office and front-office processes for transformation through digitalization and automation.
- Ensure business performance and continuity of digital and self-service channels, and drive customer adoption.
- Implement digitalization strategies and achieve targets related to revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, and cost management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with digital technology providers, industry peers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses, and recommend enhancements for management consideration.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve business goals and contribute to organizational growth and profitability.
- Deliver short- and long-term business objectives efficiently under the guidance of senior management.
- Prepare the annual budget, monitor digital project expenditures, and ensure successful implementation.
- Coordinate and present regulatory requirements to the regulatory body for Digital Banks in the Philippines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of project targets.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required; MBA or a Master's in Computer Science is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in executive management within the banking sector.
- Proven track record in company management; experience in establishing a bank from the ground up is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of Digital Banking operations, compliance, and licensing processes is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of process automation and the ability to apply digital solutions to business challenges.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and project development.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
- Advanced negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
