As part of its strategic expansion, our client is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Principal Partner (Director) with a strong track record in finance operations, business leadership, and the high-end automotive sector. The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within the high-end automotive industry or a related sector.
  • Proven experience in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and partners.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Experience in managing large teams and overseeing complex business operations.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for business engagements.

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build a strong brand presence within the luxury automotive market.
  • Continuously analyze market conditions and competitor activities to ensure the business remains competitive and innovative.
