The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within the high-end automotive industry or a related sector.
- Proven experience in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and profitability.
- Exceptional networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and partners.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience in managing large teams and overseeing complex business operations.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel locally and internationally for business engagements.
