Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company that recently commenced operations in the Philippines in 2022. They are seeking a dynamic Product Manager specializing in Respiratory or Dermatology products to join their team. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive the growth and market penetration of our respiratory and dermatology product portfolio. This role requires strong market analysis skills, product knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the respiratory and dermatology product portfolio in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for respiratory and dermatology products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, promotional materials, and training programs to support product launch and ongoing sales efforts.
- Monitor product performance, market share, and sales data to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements or modifications.
- Work closely with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders to build strong relationships and gather insights to inform product strategies.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate and participate in scientific and promotional events, conferences, and seminars to increase product awareness and knowledge among target audiences.
- Collaborate with the regulatory and medical affairs teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines for respiratory and dermatology products.
- Monitor and manage product budgets, expenses, and forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation and achievement of financial targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and competitive activities in the respiratory and dermatology space.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the respiratory or dermatology therapeutic areas.
- Strong knowledge of the local pharmaceutical market, including regulatory requirements, healthcare system, and key stakeholders.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to gather and interpret market data to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.
