Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Medical Device Manufacturing Company. Our client is seeking for Product Marketing Manager position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy:
    Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.

  • Market Research & Voice of Customer:
    Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and gather feedback from KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), clinicians, and end-users to refine product offerings.

  • Marketing Collateral & Tools:
    Create product brochures, sales tools, presentations, digital content, and educational materials tailored for the medical device sector.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with R&D, regulatory, sales, and clinical teams to align marketing efforts with product development, compliance, and commercial goals.

  • Training & Sales Enablement:
    Train internal sales teams and distributors on product features, benefits, and unique value propositions to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

  • Brand Building:
    Develop and build brand presence across digital platforms, medical exhibitions, seminars, and other targeted marketing channels.

  • KOL Engagement:
    Identify and build strong relationships with KOLs, surgeons, hospital decision-makers, and healthcare associations to drive product credibility and market entry.

  • Performance Metrics & Reporting:
    Define KPIs, track campaign performance, and adjust strategy based on data and insights to meet market penetration and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of launching new medical devices into emerging markets, preferably Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, purchasing behavior, and hospital tender processes.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
