Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a leading regional telecommunications & information technology services company for the position of Project Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple software development projects in a challenging business environment.
- Coordinate large and complex projects involving multiple Agile teams and integration with other tasks.
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of company's system solutions using Agile Project Management.
- Define project scope, gather requirements, maintain product backlog, and schedule deliveries.
- Manage risk, handle issues, and serve as a point of contact for team members.
- Handle change requests and communicate with stakeholders through meetings and progress reports.
- Conduct team retrospectives and document improvement plans.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in the organization.
- Foster team engagement, solve problems, and provide mentorship and coaching.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, adaptability, communication, and analytical thinking.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Computer Science degree or relevant with at least more than 8 years of working experience, 3-5 years in project delivery.
- Experience with Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Has leadership experience
