Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational enterprise cybersecurity company. As part of its continued expansion in Indonesia, our client is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Alliances Manager with a strong background in channel and partner-led sales. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing partner strategy and execution across the Indonesian market.
  • Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive channel and alliances strategy to drive new customer acquisition and expand the existing customer base through partners.
  • Manage and coordinate partner sales initiatives, conducting market and partner analysis to assess coverage, capability, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive partner-originated opportunities by actively identifying, enabling, and jointly pursuing prospects with VARs, resellers, system integrators (SIs), GSIs, and distributors.
  • Collaborate closely with field sales teams to increase deal registrations, co-sell motions, and partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Develop and execute co-sell strategies with global technology alliances, including leading cloud service providers.
  • Partner with marketing teams to deliver joint demand generation, partner marketing programs, and account-based campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key industry stakeholders, ensuring long-term partner success and growth.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management, preferably within the cybersecurity or enterprise technology sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets through partner-led and indirect sales models.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including VARs, distributors, system integrators, and technology alliances.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics, identify gaps, and execute practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
