Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Personal Care Manufacturing Company for the role of S&OP Director :

Job Description:

S&OP Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop, implement, and lead the company-wide S&OP process to align demand, supply, and inventory strategies with financial and business objectives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Development to create a unified plan.
  • Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and decision-making.

Demand Planning

  • Oversee the demand planning process and ensure accurate short- and long-term forecasts.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to incorporate promotional activities, product launches, and market trends into forecasts.

Supply & Production Planning

  • Coordinate with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure capacity, raw materials, and resources are aligned with demand plans.
  • Optimize production schedules to support service level goals while minimizing excess inventory and operational costs.

Inventory Management

  • Develop and monitor inventory strategies that balance service levels with working capital targets.
  • Reduce excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring product availability across channels.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Establish KPIs for forecasting accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights and reporting to executive leadership on risks, gaps, and opportunities in the supply chain and planning process.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of demand planners, supply planners, and analysts.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, planning, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership S&OP role.
  • Experience in the beauty, personal care, or CPG industry is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of demand planning, supply chain optimization, production scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with S&OP tools and ERP systems
