Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting a Sales & Business Support Assistant on behalf of a multinational, principal medical device company. This position is responsible for playing a key role in supporting the sales and marketing departments by managing day-to-day activities, coordinating campaigns, generating reports, and ensuring efficient communication between teams. Work setup is onsite and office is located at Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, as well as organizing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Help and monitor the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email, digital, prints, and product samples. This includes coordination with external vendors for promotional materials, events, and marketing assets as well as maintaining and updating the content of marketing collateral, product brochures, and sales materials.
  • Provide support in organizing marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of sales data and customer interactions.
  • Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and management.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, product demonstrations, and client visits.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow, including but not limited to responding to inquiries from the sales team and assisting with follow-ups to clients as needed.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Manage the company's marketing calendar, tracking important dates and deadlines for campaigns
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports
  • Help with order processing, including creating quotes, inputting orders into the system, and tracking order status.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Support the sales team with research on potential leads and customer accounts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or related roles
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data analytics and reporting (MS Office -Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact and develop solid working relationships with management, staff and peers
  • Excellent customer ethics, good attention to detail and ability to complete timely progress reports according to requirements
  • Good planning, organizational and analytical skills
