Job Description :

  • Develop and execute customer-based action plans to deliver revenue growth and profitability across assigned products and services.
  • Lead and implement market promotion initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and effectively position organizational capabilities in line with overall strategy.
  • Identify, prioritize, and respond to key market and customer needs through targeted commercial actions.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with internal policies and processes, including the accurate and timely preparation of proposals and responses to customer requests.
  • Lead and manage sales, technical, and support teams to achieve defined commercial targets.
  • Build, develop, and enhance team capabilities through recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development.


Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in sales, technical sales, negotiation, and customer engagement.
  • Background working within an international or multicultural organization.
  • Strong understanding of regulated or industrial markets and stakeholder environments.
  • Significant professional experience, including several years in a senior or comparable leadership role.
