Sales Engineer (Remote)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of our U.S based client-an engineering leader driving innovation in bulk unloading systems for the logistics, recycling, and agriculture sectors. This role will play a key part in their regional expansion across Southeast Asia, leveraging their patented technology and strong growth plans.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new clients to drive regional sales.
- Present technical solutions clearly to potential customers.
- Build long-term client relationships and trust.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address customers' needs.
- Support marketing with field feedback and insights.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Participate in tradeshows, demonstrations, and site visits.
Key Job Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer or within a relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in a relevant industry.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Fluent in local language.
- Good communication skills in English (required for internal & global coordination).
- Strong interpersonal skills, optimistic, and team oriented.
- Willing to travel and eager to learn.
