Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company specializing in high-precision cutting tools. They are seeking for Sales Engineer that will be responsible for driving revenue growth by providing technical sales support, developing customer relationships, and delivering solution-based selling to customers in the industrial, manufacturing, and engineering sectors. This role combines technical knowledge with commercial acumen to convert opportunities into sustainable sales.

This is day-shift position based in Biñan, Laguna. With an onsite arrangement + field visits.

Key responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, margin, growth)
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions within company guidelines
  • Track sales opportunities and pipeline using CRM or internal systems


Technical Support & Solution Selling

  • Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and demonstrations
  • Work closely with engineering, application, or technical teams to ensure correct product selection
  • Support troubleshooting, basic technical clarifications, and pre-sales consultations


Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with engineers, buyers, production managers, and decision makers
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and coordination of after-sales support
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities


Key requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related fields)
  • Candidates with strong technical experience may be considered even without a formal engineering degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial sales
  • Experience in manufacturing, machinery, tools, automation, or engineering solutions is an advantage
