Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of prominent and trusted Philippine-based company specializing in industrial and commercial water and wastewater treatment solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Executive to join the organization. The job offers full onsite work arrangement in Calamba Laguna, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities in the water and wastewater treatment sector. The role involves promoting the company's range of water treatment systems, equipment, and services to industrial, commercial, and municipal clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to provide customized solutions.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the water and wastewater industry.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project turnover and after-sales support.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools or internal systems.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in water or wastewater treatment systems preferred.
  • Strong background in industrial or commercial client development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willing to be assigned onsite in Calamba, Laguna.
