Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is a Sales Leadership & Strategy Lead role on behalf of a renowned multinational pharmaceutical company. The role will drive commercial strategy across the Cardiometabolic and Renal (CVRM) space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the Adult Vaccines commercial strategy focused on CVRM specialists.
  • Coach and develop FLSLs to drive impactful, insight-led customer engagement across primary care, cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate adult vaccination into broader chronic disease management pathways.
  • Monitor business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure agile, data-driven decision-making.
  • Build a strong, patient-focused team culture anchored on leadership, learning, and inclusion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Proven sales leadership experience within a multinational healthcare or pharmaceutical company.
  • Must have experience in the cardiometabolic, cardiovascular, or renal therapeutic areas.
  • Strong track record of achieving results and leading teams through change and growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in coaching and developing talent within complex businesses
