Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of prominent and expanding solar power company in the Philippines. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Manager to join the organization. The job will be reporting to Cebu City, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets in the renewable energy sector. This role focuses on promoting solar energy solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and market expansion in the solar energy sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure feasibility and successful delivery of client projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives and profitability standards.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, in renewable energy, solar power, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of solar energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
