Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational Medical Device company. Our respected client is seeking a Segment Marketing Lead experienced in life science. S/he will work closely with Regional Segment Leads & Country Leader and play a strategic role in developing impactful marketing strategy that is aligned to the regional strategy. The job is based in Taguig City, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities include:
  • Translate regional marketing strategy into country specific strategy (e.g., product launches, marketing campaigns, customer campaigns, solution concepts, etc.) with a focus on customer needs and packaging complementary products as holistic solutions
  • Lead and execute intra segment marketing initiatives and programmes
  • Manage the brand amongst external stakeholders and ensure differentiation against competition
  • Work collaboratively with the SEA Marketing Manager to develop and implement best practices in brand marketing and product development
  • Drive regular analytics and insights into the local market and customers
  • Conduct competitive research
  • Provide input on allocation / deployment of clinical resources
  • Develop strategic relationships with high value stakeholders / interdependent teams (e.g., Regional Marketing Counterparts)
  • Lead and manage dependencies with interdependent team functions

Key job requirements include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experienced in marketing strategy planning through to execution and leading teams in the Medical Devices industry
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare and at least 3 years in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Team player, strategic thinker, good analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be willing to do field work at least 2x a month
