The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and expanding business opportunities within the Power and Chemical sectors. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong customer relationship management, and a consultative sales approach to deliver sustainable growth across Thailand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans detailing key actions and approaches to achieve sales objectives.

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities for industrial software solutions within the Power and Chemical sectors.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and successful deal closure.

  • Work closely with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure effective customer engagement and seamless solution implementation.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders through regular meetings and occasional international travel.

  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports covering sales performance, pipeline status, forecasts, and long-term account strategies.

  • Maintain adherence to internal sales processes, policies, and CRM system requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally selling software solutions to Plant Owner Operators, EPCs, or design firms.

  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and build clear, persuasive business cases.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Proven experience managing complex client relationships at different levels, from technical users to senior executives.

  • Strong commercial awareness with good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a regional team.

  • Customer-focused and able to act as a trusted advisor.

  • Skilled in consultative selling and able to communicate business value clearly.

  • Confident and resilient when handling complex discussions or negotiations.

  • A proactive, positive team player who brings strategic thinking, enthusiasm, and integrity to the role.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai, with confident presentation ability.
