Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of multinational technology company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compensation benchmarking, data analytics, and benefits administration, ideally in a multinational setting. This role is based in Eastwood.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking by participating in market surveys and maintaining updated salary structures across APAC
  • Analyze compensation proposals for internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with global guidelines
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus distributions
  • Create and manage job pay grades and structures; develop compensation packages for new roles
  • Track and analyze usage and costs related to various benefits and recognition programs
  • Provide HR teams and stakeholders with analytical support, reports, and insights on Total Rewards-related metrics
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity in compensation and benefits information
  • Document processes to promote consistency and efficiency across Total Rewards operations
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable compensation and benefits laws
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR partners on key Total Rewards projects and initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards in a multinational organization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs
