Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing data-centre company, is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Senior Finance Manager to oversee and manage full-spectrum finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and business insights to support decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage audits, tax matters, and statutory reporting in compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with banks, external auditors, tax agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support fundraising, investment analysis, and project feasibility studies where applicable.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to improve performance and capabilities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Proven experience in managing full finance functions in a fast-paced and growing environment; experience in the data centre, technology, or infrastructure industries is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, Excel).
- Ability to work hands-on, be detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
