Executive Search Firm: Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading fashion distribution and retail company. Our client is seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Merchandising Support Analyst who will be instrumental in ensuring accurate data management, stock efficiency, and smooth coordination between internal and external teams.

Job Summary:

The Senior Merchandising Support Analyst will play a key role in supporting the merchandising team's daily operations, contributing to the timely execution of merchandising strategies. The role requires strong coordination skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and keen attention to detail to help achieve commercial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure timely and accurate uploading of orders into the Alpargatas system
  • Monitor and maintain order book status, logistics reports, and release schedules
  • Generate and maintain order summaries twice a month and reconcile orders vs. invoices
  • Analyze discrepancies in invoicing and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments

Merchandising Operations Support

  • Support creation and monitoring of Merchandising Instruction Forms (MIFs), RFPs, and product master files
  • Maintain updated product copy templates, croquis, and PMF review documents
  • Oversee collection sample monitoring and product release timelines
  • Perform regular reviews and updates in collaboration with merchandising leaders

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between merchandising, logistics, warehouse, finance, and other internal departments
  • Coordinate with external partner Alpargatas for system and order-related concerns
  • Maintain alignment with department heads on operational plans and deliverables

Administrative Support

  • Perform ad-hoc merchandising administrative tasks as assigned
  • Track team availability (leaves, OBs, etc.) and maintain internal team calendars

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in merchandising support or a related analytical role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage
