Due to rapid growth, they are currently seeking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager (Growth) with at least 5 years experience in product management and commercial design.
Job Description:
- Define the product strategy and road-map to ensure that product supports business goals.
- Work on the development and enhancement of B2B payroll/scheduling SaaS platform.
- To conceptualise and drive the creation of new products.
- To be involved in growth specialisation, acquisition, activation, and monetization.
- Work with multiple stakeholders (ie, Finance, Marketing, Onboarding, and Data) to drive growth.
- Drive strong decision making with quantitative data on user behaviour and experimentation.
- Define methods and metrics for identifying success as well as failure and ensuring the team is clear on their objectives.
- Lead team of product managers and engineers to build products.
- Mentor junior product managers.
