Job Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of the ever-changing retail market and the dynamics of competition and use this knowledge to educate your product strategy and priorities.
- Work closely with our customer concierge team to understand your needs and transform them into specific product solutions. Our goal is to elegantly address, which is the root cause of customer inquiries, not superficial symptoms.
- Work with the founders to plan and prioritize future work.
- Create product documentation, user workflows, and rough wireframes and work with designers to refine the customer experience into sophisticated deliverable products.
- Collaborate with technology to identify boundary cases and limitations that affect our products and resolve them when they occur.
- Test features and provide detailed feedback at the right time for teams and unique bug fixes.
Job Requirements:
- Over 5 years of industry experience in software product management with B2B2C E-Commerce/Data/Fintech
- Great customer experience, well thought out process, obsession with creating intuitive software Interface
- With rough wire framing First experience of human-computer interaction
- Passion for complex system thinking and strategy
- Previous experience of e-commerce or analytics dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
