Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a fast-growing fintech company looking for a hands-on SEO Manager. This role will focus on scaling organic traffic, creating effective content strategies, and boosting visibility across search engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of SEO: from research and content creation to performance tracking.
- Optimize both new and existing content to improve rankings and engagement.
- Collaborate with growth, design, and engineering teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Run A/B tests to boost metrics like sign-ups, click-through rates, and retention.
- Partner with writers to align content with SEO best practices.
- Conduct regular site audits to maintain technical health, internal linking, metadata, and schema.
- Develop link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Analyze SEO data using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to find new growth opportunities.
- Prioritize and communicate SEO initiatives across teams to balance user experience and search optimization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of SEO and content strategy experience, ideally in a fast-growing company.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proficiency with tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
- Comfortable handling both big-picture strategy and hands-on tasks.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with conversion optimization and its connection to SEO.
- Interest or experience in fintech, personal finance, or credit products is a plus.
