As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least ten years' experience in an automation company for the job of Service Manager. The job is based in Tangerang, Indonesia.
Key Job Responsibilities Include:
- Directly reports to Head of Product Services
- Initiation, scheduling, coordination and follow up of services activity
- Assign task and service job to service engineer
- Collaboration with external vendor when the service job requires resource efficiency such as product repair, installation, and/or other services.
- Planning, and ensure documentation and reporting of service activities
- Customer contact, related to the service execution.
- Quick, competent and reliable assistance and consultation of the customer
- Ensures the correct performance of the services according to the defined process (Tools, Reports, timelines and according to defined target setting)
- Commercial sales process handling (system related quotation, pricing, invoicing

- Decides about the prioritisation of services in the case of shortage or time conflicts
- Ensures human and non-human resource provision, processes, and tools available.
- Recruits, develops, and trains the colleagues in his responsibility according to their potential and the needs of the company in cooperation with HR
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or master's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineer or related field
- Has a minimum 10 years of experiences and technical and product knowledge in pneumatics, electrical automation, process automation and motion automation
- Minimum 10 years' experience in leading a team
- Has knowledge about for Services and Technical Delivery to the customer
- Customer service oriented
- Solid organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Determined self-starter
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good spoken and written in English
- Understand the sales project activities with customers & knows needs and requirements of industry segment customers
- Language Skills: Indonesia and English
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Power point
