Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
- Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning

Technical Requirements:
- Hands-on experience automating and streamlining build, test, and deployment phases for continuous integration
- Hands-on with AWS or GCP cloud services (EC2, EKS, IAM, Monitoring, RDS, GKE, GCE)
- Solid knowledge of networking & security (VPN, routing, firewall, identity management)
- Strong Shell Scripting skills (Python, Ruby, Go, PHP a plus)
- Familiarity with monitoring & observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic, Elastic, OpenTelemetry a plus)
- Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and Terraform for infrastructure management
- Experience managing databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis; SQL Server nice to have)
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for a remote work environment
- Clear and leading in technical discussions, capable of proposing and implementing innovative solutions
- A proactive, cross-functional collaboration style to work effectively with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams, bridging technical and business perspectives to drive product success
