Our esteemed client is seeking a bold and innovative marketing professional to join their team as a Strategic Growth Marketer.

Job Summary:
The Strategic Growth Marketer will be responsible for accelerating business expansion through cutting-edge marketing strategies, customer acquisition initiatives, and product development input. This role requires a creative, data-driven, and entrepreneurial marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Growth Marketing & Customer Acquisition - Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market presence and drive lead generation. Optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, and social media) and partnerships to accelerate customer acquisition.
* Product Development Strategy & Market Fit - Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to shape coworking solutions. Collaborate with teams to refine offerings and test new product ideas aligned with evolving customer needs.
* Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting - Align marketing strategies with business goals through close collaboration with sales and operations. Present data-driven reports to management and stay informed of industry trends and technologies.

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in growth or product marketing roles.
* Preferably with exposure in real estate, coworking, SaaS, or startup environments.
* Proven success in customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention using data-backed strategies.
* Familiar with product-led growth strategies and influencing product development.
* Strong digital marketing and analytical skills; experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
* Creative, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
