Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager (Consultancy)

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager on behalf of our esteemed client, a Notable Consulting Firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with Partners and prioritize talent pipelines.
  • Lead and mentor a small recruitment team (as applicable).
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through job marketing, partnerships, and outreach.
  • Leverage data and recruitment analytics to drive decisions and report on key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal hiring policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview frameworks, and talent market trends.
  • Experience hiring for consulting or professional services industries is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
