Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the world's leading logistics providers. Our respected client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Entry Level Manager) for a position that based in Makati City, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
Position Summary:
The position is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting and onboarding success throughout the organization and plays a critical role in insuring that we are hiring and assimilating the best possible talents.
The position will also be driving and working with functions to improve recruitment metrics, implementing process improvements through First Choice tools such as Performance Dialogue, review and maintain cost of hiring levels and will implement global and regional recruitment and onboarding programs.
Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT
- Provides support and help the hiring managers in sourcing identifying and hiring the best talents to fill-in the open positions.
- Identify the issues, analyses the recruitment process performance, introduces process improvements, and implement changes.
- Analyses the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.
- Tracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possible.
- Analyzes the recruitment tracker and recommends and implements changes to it.
- Measures the performance of the recruitment agencies and provides feedback to them.
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them.
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
- Provide consultancy services to resolve the recruitment related issues to contribute to achieve the business goal of the team.
- Carry out any task that is required by his or her superiors from time to time.
ONBOARDING
- Focuses on delivering the brand of the company and WOW experience for the new hires.
- The first point of contact from the job offer acceptance stage to HR orientation.
- Provides support to the hiring managers to ensure that everything is ready (tools of the trade, onboarding kit, internal announcement, etc.) upon onboarding date of the new hires.
- Provide consultancy services

HR Stakeholder
- Gather voices of employees and provide them to function HR team to design/revise/start/stop HR programs, system, process and initiatives.
- Communicate new/revised HR programs/systems with employees to make them understand thoroughly and properly.
